I workout 40 minutes a day and watch my diet CAREFULLY, but even like that the fat on my belly remain stubborn ๐ฃ then I came across this product. I put it on my wish list and remained there for 3 months or so, I was so hesitant about getting it because I have sensitive skin and because of the price of this cream. One day I decided to give it a try.....W O W! I am just wishing I got it sooner. As I said before I workout, I lift weights 4 times per week and do cardio 2 days per week, but the fat on my belly is stubborn, my belly looked bumpy. After working out I take a shower I do a sugar scrub on my belly area and then massage it with this cream with the help of an electric massager, then I wrap my belly with plastic and leave there for about 2 hours. The difference is outstanding W O W! My skin looks baby smooth, I have lost 20 inches all over my mid section and the skin is tight. BONUS: the smell of this cream will clear up your sinus congestion, lol. REMEMBER DIET AND EXERCISE ARE KEY, there is NO miracle anything!

I have sensitive skin. Within a minute of having this applied to my skin with saran wrap I could feel my skin going cold. After 15 minutes my skin was cold and burning! It hurt but I didn't see any redness on my skin. I removed the wrap and gently wiped it off with a damp towel. It took about 30 minutes for the pain to dissipate. I'm throwing this away.

You can actually see a difference and feel lifted. It leaves your skin blue for a little bit, but it even made my stretch marks smooth. I like it.
