Awkward to put on and strap twists then starts to come undone and a loose fit

Not as supporting as I hoped and uncomfortable after time.

The item was absolutely massive, it could not be properly adjusted to my body. Adjusting the strap meant the portion above the shoulder would dig into my neck. Adjusting the cuff resulted in it poking up my armpit and creating a loose space where I needed support (the rotator cuff). They should really consider different sizing options, I had better luck wrapping a scarf around my rotator cuff.

I have right shoulder rotator cuff damage and wanted something to help whilst I get back to cycling. I am 6 foot and about 44 chest. This doesn't really seem like it was designed for right shoulder as one strap is behind your back and the arm one finishes up in your armpit - very uncomfortable. It is also impossible to put on and get off by yourself on the the right shoulder. It also doesn't fit snuggly on the shoulder as where you feel you need the pressure there is actually an air space. I should have listened to my consultant whose dry observation was ' it won't do any harm!' The instructions are too vague to be any use.

My husband has suffered with a bad shoulder g do or a while , this strap gives him support while working. Stays in place and is adjusted with Velcro

This is the second shoulder brace I've bought now to deal with and injury and arthritis, this is way more comfortable than the previous one, fits much better and the arm cuff is a bit longer too. It's perfect

Lightweight

Product look like thorn and used no. tag or anything the show it was new package was ripped and the it smell bad.

It does provide a little support but not what I was looking for. I have severe arthritis in my shoulder and looked for this to help. I wore it two or three times so far and I'm not impressed. It moves around too much and I find myself always adjusting it. It provides a little support for a short time. But from moving, an air gap develops at the shoulder and support is gone. No matter how I adjust the straps and how tight I wear it, support goes away within a short time. The only way I see this working is if you put it on and don't reach for anything. I'll be looking for another brand and type.
