Good product
The product is just fine. 1. It is very sweet ( for many it would be highly sweet) 2. It is less creamy. 3. The tea taste and strength is good. 4. I like my tea more creamy so I'll add extra milk. Because of convenience and price, it will be making my daily tea during the day in office until may be i find a better one.

Not really Karak Tea but...
The insta-tea itself isn't bad and it's more like plain milk tea, but it can be improved by using cardamon and a teabag to increase the flavor. But Alicafe/Alitea never disappoint with their products but they usually are light in flavor, still recommend it for anyone who want's tea prepared fast.
