Es un libro muy completo y bastante técnico a pesar de eso te explica a fondo y con palabras sencillas todo lo que tienes que saber para instalar tú mismo tus módulos solares, te guía desde el inicio hasta el momento en el que terminas la instalación. Explica muy bien los trámites que se requieren y las regulaciones correspondientes para poder tener diferentes configuraciones de módulos solares interconectados e independientes a la red eléctrica. cabe notar que está escrito en inglés y está hecho para personas de Estados Unidos por lo que menciona mucho las regulaciones de ese país. Y una gran parte del tipo de instalación habla acerca de instalaciones en casas de madera y con techos de los materiales que se suelen usar allá. Lo cual no aplica en México.

Once I decided to tackle a DYI install of solar at my home, I ordered a couple of books to help me through the research and plan development stage. This book, by far, was the best one that I ordered. Honestly, once I got into this book I never used any of the others again. Everything was explained clearly and gave me enough information to get started with my project. I consider myself to have average mechanical and electrical skills, and I was able to complete the entire process -- including all electrical and mechanical -- by myself and passing my inspections on the first try. Couldn't recommend this resource enough!
