By far the best black seed oil out there , it lowers my blood pressure and looses weight . For the past 9!years I have kidney disease this helps tremendously along with my medication. Could not recommend this product enough !!!!

I also had never heard of this product. I tried the pills and was getting minimal, if any results. My husband had started to take the liquid and he found it was helping with the arthritic pain he was having in his thumbs from driving a black and white for 27 years. We upgraded to the Egyptian instead of the premium because it tastes better. I have found it has eliminated the pain in my knees and has also elevated my mood. As a psychologist, I found that surprising. I am now riding the bike for an hour and a half due to my elevated mood and my lack of pain when I exercise. I cannot say enough about the improvement that we have experienced from taking this oil. I noticed the change in my mood after three weeks of taking .5 ounce twice a day, in the morning and at night on an empty stomach.

I had other blackseed oils that tasted a lot more pure than this one. I bought it because I thought it would be superior but I think I just paid more for a diluted product.
