I'm not a weightlifter, but needed something to make up for a lot of the vitamins and other things I'm missing as I'm terrible at eating my vegetables and some issues were creeping up (besides just getting old). So I looked around and decided to try the Animal Pak powder (I'd tried the pills once before, but it's a lot of pills - big pills to take). Anyway, I cut the dose to a little under 1/2 of what's directed (I don't need the full amount, it'd be way too much). It has made a huge difference in how I feel, my concentration, my energy levels, and even my dreams are much more vivid for whatever reason. Good stuff, and so long as my next physical comes back okay on my blood tests, I'll keep using it.

I used to take like five or six different supplements every day and this powder replaced all of them in one drink which is way easier to keep up with. The orange flavor actually tastes pretty good too, kind of like Tang honestly, so it does not feel like a chore to drink it every morning. Took a week or two before I really started noticing a difference in my energy but once it kicked in I could definitely tell it was working.

Works great just take with food to prevent stomach ache and leaves a funny after taste when you burp but it works well

Animal pak is a long standing staple for bodybuilders, but no amount of muscle can prevent the dreaded nausea you get sometimes taking vitamins on an empty stomach. This mix seems to be much easier on my stomach than the pills and much easier to swallow. Taste is actually not too bad. It’s not really sweet or bitter; it has a sort of cereal-like taste. Wouldn’t be my go-to drink but it’s good enough to take daily and not dread it. One last note if you haven’t used this before. Don’t be afraid if you pee is highlighter yellow!

I personally feel a difference when I do and do not take these. The pack can seem daunting to some for the size of some of them but they're easy to me.
