Great product
Easy to use, I use this with the Epifanes clear varnish, mix it a little and it really helps to thin the varnish out to exactly where I want it, so the application is super smooth and no air bubbles

A must have for Epifanes varnish work. When proper % the varnish is like glass. Need more than you think.

I think it's true that you should use the Epifanes thinner with the Epifanes products. If we're working on a wood boat or painting something you love paying a couple of dollars extra for the best thinner to match to the product you're using is wise. You can use other cheap thinner for cleaning and prep Wider mouth and a round can means you can pour it with much more control - great - And nice graphics - rare these days

Perfectly diluted the paint! No bad smell!
I used this thinner because of the paint from the same company. It is expensive but did the job. I will try next time local products with similar qualities, but much cheaper. It perfectly diluted the paint and had no bad smell!

Customizable
We were varnishing a wooden outdoor dining table and this thinner allowed us to customize the thickness of the varnish. We wanted numerous thin coats so that the wood would absorb as much as possible. Epifanes allowed us to transform a table designed for indoors into a durable outdoor table. Tremendous for slippery or lower slippery appearances. Lower slippery for dining tables please, as once my plate went far left into neighbor. He knows what to do next time.

I do a lot of varnishing. I use regular mineral spirits for a lot of clean up, but when thinning Epiphanes you probably should use this stuff. It is much lighter than most mineral spirits and more volatile and does not leave a greasy residue like some other thinners. It is expensive, but if you use it primarily for thinning, it helps the varnish lay out flatter and dry more quickly so you do not get dust. i think it is worth the bucks if you are doing fine work.
