I can ensure that drops I sell are genuine Thealoz Duo drops manufactured in France purchased at a pharmacy. Each bottle is sealed by manufacturer and has original packaging.

once bottle is opened—- how long are the drops safe to use?

It says on the box that it should be used within 3 months of opening. I always mark the bottle with the date when I open it so I don't forget. I use the drops twice a day (love them) and my bottles usually last about 2 months. They have really helped my dry eyes.
