Horrible
I used this for 3 months with absolutely no results. Burns my skin. Didn’t like it at all. I ordered all the other products from this brand and threw them all out. I think it’s fake, if not inaffective. Disappointed. I used the same product from Advanced Clinicals and saw results after one use.

I've used so many eye serums and gels I've lost track over the years, many in the $80.00 and higher price range. I'm nearly 60 with dry, sensitive skin. This has helped the fine lines/wrinkles a lot, and fairly quickly too. It's not sticky, and causes no irritation. I'm glad it's not a cream since I don't do creams well (I get milia if I use anything too rich). This has a wonderful ingredient deck with all the peptides. It is easy to dispense the right amount without wasting any; it comes out as a gel, and once it hits the warmth of your hand it melts (in my case, I dispense it on the top of my hand and use my finger to melt it down into a watery serum). I pat gently completely around my eye, even the under brow area. I was beginning to get a slight hood to my upper eye area and this has tightened it right up. As far as dark circles, I can't comment, since I have none. I only have fine lines and the beginnings of a hooded brow. This is helping!

I love this eye gel. The consistency is perfect under my eyes. It is moisturizing and emollient, meaning that any fine lines I have fairly disappear. It's perfect under makeup too--no pilling and very smooth once dry. I use it morning and night. I'll definitely buy it again. I originally got a free tiny bottle of it with my Tree of Life Retinol Moisturizer. It was a great advertising move, as I fell in love with it. I had it with me on a month long trek out west on vacation, and towards the end of my trip I ran out much to my dismay as I was by then totally hooked. I ordered more when I got home and luckily it came quickly. It's a staple for me in my daily face care. It is also considerably lightening my under eye area. Update 4/4/16: After ordering a new bottle of the Vitamin C Eye Gel on 12/13/15, I discovered when I received it that the formula had changed. I emailed Tree of Life about my impressions of this new formula which we not favorable. When I heard back (right away) thus began a dialogue back and forth discussing this issue. I had asked if the formula had changed and asked why change what I call a perfect product (my favorite facial product)? Ultimately, a team of individuals working on products decided to rethink the change they had made. In the end they decided, much to my sheer joy, to change back to their original formula. The Vitamin C Eye Gel is once again on the market and is as perfect as it was in the beginning. I use it twice a day under my eyes and often all over my face and neck (I do the latter about 4x/week). The eye gel smooths the appearance of any fine lines I have, softens my skin, and ultimately brightens my whole face. I tend to get flakes in certain areas such as on my eyelids, and this moisturizes pretty much anywhere I put it and prevents flakes too. Makeup goes over it very well and never balls up (provided you let it dry first). I for one hope this formula stays the same forever and if it does, I will buy it forever. I did receive free samples from Tree of Life once they brought the original eye gel back. Hope this helps someone else.

I have crows feet and dark circles under my eyes (I work as a caregiver) and realized that it was only getting worse. So I did some browsing and this product was suggested. I decided to give it a try for not a bad price. I apply this once in the morning and once at night and holy crap, it already appears to be working. I have not used it long (a week) and I am excited to see how much it could do if I keep applying it. The solution seems to last until the evening. Be very careful in applying because it does have a strong sting. It smells nice though.

I've bought quite a few eye creams in the past, but didn't do as much help on the fine lines under my eyes. The ToLB Vitamin C anti-aging eye cream was no different. It was okay, but didn't do anything great. I'm currently using Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Silky Cream that I use all over my face including my under eyes, and I can see visible difference in reducing my fine lines. My other go-to product is the Piping Rock Vitamin C AntiOxidant cream which also works wonders on my skin.

I've been using this eye gel for 2 weeks and it's already made a more noticeable difference in the texture of my eyelids than another cream I used for over a year (hint, you might see this other "natural" eye cream advertised as a related product when you're looking at this page and the brand uses very fancy looking illustrated labels). I also appreciate that this product absorbs quickly and doesn't make my eyes sting (issues I had with the same cream I mentioned earlier). UPDATE: I've been using this gel for almost 5 months (whoops, meant to update sooner). This, along with Tree of Life's Vitamin C serum, Hyaluronic Acid serum, and their Niacinamide serum, has made a huge difference in my skin overall. My eyes look a lot better than they have for the past 5 years or so - they were getting crepey and it was frustrating to see how it affected my ability to wear eyeshadow (it would often emphasize the wrinkles). This serum has definitely helped smooth them out without leaving a greasy feeling or stinging sensation. This doesn't last as long as the previous product I was using (one container of this gel lasted me about 4 months while the other was still not empty after a year) but for the price and how well it works I don't mind that too much, it's worth it. It's also a little tricky to learn to control the pump to dispense the ideal amount- a full pump is significantly more than I need. Those are my only complaints though, and the benefits outweigh those by a lot, so I'll be continuing to use this gel!
