Puritan's Pride Complete B Complex for Energy Metabolism Caplets by Vitamin B, 250 Count

This is a nice middle-of-the-road B-complex vitamin that I personally like and have taken for years. It is great for me, because it doesn't overload me with too much vitamin b. many vitamins out there pack insane levels of vitamins in their tablets, and with vitamins, there can be "too much of a good thing". you don't want to overdo it. Everyone is different, with different needs and tolerances, and different digestive systems and absorption rates. so, i'm only speaking for myself, that these work fine for me and my biological needs. as with any vitamin you should seek professional medical advice before taking anything. what i like about puritan pride products, is that they have simple all-natural ingredients, and don't add fillers. the price is great too. they are cheaper here on amazon than i can get from most other vitamin stores, so i'll definitely be getting my supplies from here.

You know you got a quality b vitamin when you can smell it upon opening the bottle. B vitamins are water soluble and this thing disintegrates when submersed in water. Not to worry it does NOT happen at a rate that doesnt allow you to swallow it. This vitamin is tasty and is very easy to swallow. I am NOT a doctor but i do know that higher levels or certain b vitamins can cause short term neurological problems like temporary paralysis and uncontrolled motor function. that being said the doses in a single pill seem to be good for a longer term use however upon research if your wanting to use this long term i would not reccomend taking two a day as stated on the bottle. 2 a day would definitley be an excessive amount especially over the long term. there is one b vitamin that is expelled in urine and gives a almost floresent yellow color when the body has to much of it. from one pill i have this thus 1 pill should be all you need in a 24hr period. As always Puritans pride products are always quality and ive never seen any changes in quality in the many years ive used them. I highly reccomend them.

Definitely gives you some pep. Your body can only take so much before you have neon pee lol. But as a daily vitamin you should take it seems to do its job
