This same company makes gummies that you can take 2 times a day but I wasn’t a fan as a mom of 3 kids and struggling to remember all that needs to be done in a day, I prefer the once a day. I feel these are a bit pricey, but they are well worth it because I have peace of mind knowing I’m getting the necessary nutrients every day that I may be lacking in diet. The pills are slightly large, but that doesn’t bother me. They aren’t super strong in smell, and I haven’t tasted them as I usually take a big gulp of water with them. I have more energy and overall feel better when I take my vitamin for the day. I’ve used these for maybe 6 months now and plan to continue to purchase them.

I’ve noticed that I have more energy since taking these multivitamins. The tablets are easy to swallow. I am happy with the price overall I’ve had a really good experience with it.
