What is difference in this one and the silicone ones?

I have not used the silicone one but I can tell you that I have used this one about 4 times and still have yet to be pleased with the end result.

Is this a double shot mold or a single shot mold?

You get 1 shot per cavity for a total of 6The other cup (removable ) is the one you place inside after you put the raw cookie dough in...to keep it in place while baking

Could you use this for brownies as well?

It may work for brownies. I've only tried it so far with a harder crunchy cookie. Good luck
