So I decided to go with this brand actually because of the price of 45dhs taken other pre-workouts befits and ask far nothing compares to this stuff. I took on scoop as directed but should have taken the half scoop they suggested just to get the feel of it and BAM this stuff is exactly what is it advertised as PSYCHOTIC. I could ask feel this 3 hours after taking it, really really good stuff.

Returned the item. It is potentially unsafe and it has been banned in Canada. The company lists a "proprietary blend" but they do not mention the exact dosage of harmful substances like caffeine and alpha yohimbine.
