What is the difference between this item jl1290m and jl1398m? they look the same, size and specs can't find anything except for the price.

It seems the same size wise. But jl139 m is missing the wolverine panels that the other has

Is this the same as the listing for >> roommates jl1290m ultra-strippable marvel classics comic panel mural, 6-feet x 10.5-feet?

No - this is a cheap Chinese copy and the quality isn't very good.

Is this reusable? Meaning can I peel off and on multiple times

Nope. Its wallpaper. Make sure to properly wet the glue-side of the wallpaper.

This product, is it works over a plastic surface or wood surface?

Wood maybe, plastic mostlikely not. I would think the glue would need a bit more course surface then plastic.
