If you don’t like feeling very wired, don’t buy this product. It’s very strong — but it’s also amazing. It’s not like many other thermogenic pre-workouts that promise everything and do nothing. This one really works. I take it about 15–20 minutes before arriving at the gym with a little bit of water, not a full shaker. I usually only use it on leg days (lower body workouts) because it gives a lot of strength and energy for those heavier training days. For upper body workouts I don’t even take it because I don’t feel like I need that much energy. You should only take it if you plan to stay at the gym for at least an hour. Otherwise it’s too much energy. Also, take it early in the day because if you take it later in the afternoon, you probably won’t sleep. It gives enough energy to train for about an hour and a half and still go home and keep doing things. This product is real and very effective.

Nasty stuff! I’ve used a lot of pre-workouts and this one just produce instant headache and gut rot. Bad side effects and taste like plastic.

Taste is grape got that authentic burn, Wakes you up, gets you focused, pumps are nice.

Was expecting much more. Bought grape as I generally like grape flavored supps but the Taste is off. Sometimes it feels like it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Not going to be revisiting this one.
