Amazing
This Peg Perego John Deere front loader ride on tractor is so amazing. It was a gift for my little guy's second birthday. He loves everything about it. It took him very little practice to figure out how to drive it correctly and after a few times can steer, stop, start and park (in the shed) better than most licensed drivers on the roads!! The battery life is decent. If your little one loves it as much as mine, a back up battery comes in really handy. The quality is much better than I was expecting to be honest. The assembly wasn't much fun, but it rarely is. It was time consuming (couple hours) but I was admittedly spending a lot of that time getting little man off of it. It is large and takes up a good amount of space to store. We keep it in our shed to keep it dry, so I can't say what would happen if it's left out in the elements. So, in my opinion, worth every penny and then some.

My son loves it!
My 3 year old son loves this tractor! He enjoys this as he is a HUGE tractor fan! Overall the tractor works well and has held up well. The front grill (black) doesn't stay in place and keeps falling out. It was horrible to put together but had its challenges. I created a YouTube video of my entire experience assembling the unit. Overall, I'm satisfied with the unit and I got it for a GREAT price so definitely happy about that. We also bought the trailer to tow behind it and he loves that as well. If you have any questions about any of that check out the video.

but feel like there's so much information to share on this product ...
I rarely write reviews, but feel like there's so much information to share on this product that I had to write one. The good - this thing is tons of fun for my 3 year old. It works well and is easy/intuitive to learn how to use. It looks really good and the stickers are pretty realistic. I would highly recommend it for anyone with a kiddo that likes construction or farm equipment. One word of warning, the plastic tires sometimes have issues with grip. My son sometimes has to let his foot off the gas when it loses traction and hit the gas again - not big deal, just something to know about. The not so good - The instructions for this thing are AWFUL! It took my dad and I, who can assemble and fix all kinds of things, a LONG time to figure it out. There are no words on the instructions, only pictures, some of which make very little sense. Don't let this stop you from buying it, just beware that this thing might be frustrating to put together! This is a five star toy, just remember that it's a toy, not a high-quality piece of machinery. Great for kids!

Hard to charge the battery. Bucket floats over what you want to pick up, & tips out
Pros: powerful, speedy: speed 1, speed 2, & reverse. Spot for a trailer. Drives over snow, mud, smooth ground, big tree bark, red rock, grass, gravel, etc, super fun. My son is on this all day long until he needs to charge it. My son is 43lbs, 3 years old and fits perfect. The floating bucket might be for safety because my son dropped it down when going fast and because it floats, he didn't flip the tractor. Cons: bucket floats over piles instead of digs into piles, bucket tips while dropping out what's in it (unless you hold the lever while driving). Sometimes it flips open with nothing in it.. Hood is hard to close after charging. It's hard to get to the battery because of the bucket placement, no trailer included. Over all I would recommend it because it is strong, durable, good quality for the value, and my son LOVES it. He follows us everywhere and plowed are driveway when it snowed a couple inches.

Amazing! Amazing! The Beast!
We have 2 boys that have literally ridden these tractors until the wheels wore off!! Thatโs about 3 years of continuous use. We got the accessory bigger batteries so we could swap during chargingโs. But all 4 batteries are still going strong, they tow huge loads that blow your mind in wagons, they sit against banks doing burnouts, pile 2-3 kids on one unit, Iโve caught the teenagers riding them! Worst I can say is the loader buckets didnโt last very long, but you canโt stop these otherwise! Definitely would buy again but now they have outgrown them, and we will give them to neighbors to continue the fun with these!

Cute tractor, beware of terrible instructions!
For what it is, it's a good little electric toy tractor. The speed is taking my son, 3 y/o, some getting used to, even though to us it seems really slow. He was a bit scared of it and trying to "multi-task" by steering or moving the bucket while driving. There is a bit faster setting as he gets older though, which I'll think he'll enjoy later. So first off, the instructions are AWFUL! My husband and I are very good at problem solving and putting things together, and this was a pain!! The instructions are really not as user friendly as I would've hoped for something my kid will be driving. The thing I dislike most is the hood operation. This thing is the biggest pain in the butt. It doesn't like to slide all the way back nor line up the way it should. I am half tempted to take the dumb thing off permanently, although I know this would not be a good idea. The battery life seems to be pretty good; we have some pretty steep hills for him to climb but it chugs along. The grip on the tires isn't the greatest for anything on grass or un-level surfaces, or snow. We have to nudge it along a bit sometimes. The front bucket really can't handle very much weight, and I notice it kinda moves down with just driving, nothing in it. It's a cute tractor and my son is really enjoying it more and more. I have him haul trash to the end of the road with me in his Peg Perego John Deere Stakeside Trailer, and it can handle 2 normal kitchen bags nicely. Think long and hard about your ability to assemble things and be prepared for some frustrations! Or hire someone to do it.

Ok
We have two of these and a camo jeep. My nephew has Another tractor. I recommend getting the larger batteries for the tractor. If the battery isn't charged up at night or goesdeadfastyou won't get your money's worth of use. When the battery goes dead initially the rule is when it gets more juce head for the house mom is not a big fan of pushing these things. The one we got three years ago has cracks in the wheels because has gotten and still gets a lot of use. They hold up well considering these things are treated rough. The boys watch dad and grandpa do something with the real tractor and try to emulate so needless to say supervision is a big deal. They like pulling sticks around but cant be too big. Size wise my boys got these at age three for their birthdays and at six the oldest is still able to drive. My cousins kid who was big for his age wouldn't have gotten much use out of these. Because he out free the size quickly. My kids are average size and still get lots of use. I noticed someone's review said that it was hard to get to battery...It is harder than the jeep or my brother in law gater but not terrible if you have this tractor you simply lift the bar that goes across the hood and set the bucket down on ground then you turn black button/screw on good and lift to not takes a screwdriver to put it in and out because the battery will wear if you don't match it down. It if you can park it and charge it with out pulling out the battery that would be amazing. Putting good down can be a pain must check both sides to see that it falls right.. It gets simpler with time as our new one is more difficult than old one.

Amazing product
Amazing product. I bought it before six months ago. My little 4 year old nephew is using this tractor. It was easy to assemble all parts with manual. It tooks around 4 hours to assemble this tractor. Comes with john deere stickers make it real feel of john deere tractor ๐. It is very strong my sister sometimes riding on it. Her weight is 45 kg.my nephew using it ruffandtuff in gravel, on road, on grass everywhere. After 6 month use it has no problem any time. Bettery is so good. Many time it was running for more than 1.5 hours constantly around 2 km. Super durable. 2 speed mode. Reverse mode. Can attach trailer. Extra bettery space and comes with 2 year warranty which is pretty good. Only one thing I don't like is the tire. There are plastic tires on it. It is good plastic but it can't get good grip as rubber tire. Overall amazing product. I am satisfied after six months.

Kids love it
The kids absolutely love it. It can take a fair bit abuse as well. I wished the loader was built a little better. The rod and handle on the loader doesnt seem to handle what kids will put them through
