Did not work - fake supplement!!
Do not buy supplements on here, go to a pharmacy! I saw huge difference when I bought the exact same product from a pharmacy compared to this purchase where I saw no improvement in my vit D levels! too risky to buy here neve again!

Product packaging very attractive Distracted by price and appearance Not vegan - bovine gelatine - bulking agents from natural plant oils and fish oil. In summary a lovely product, well priced. Would recommend and buy again.

My favourite vitamin D3!

1,000 IU Vitamin D3. Please read up on how much D3 is right for you. My intake should be between 600-800 IU per day. So I take one every other day. I need the D3 in the winter months so I bought the 10,000 IU and took 1 a day. Hmm, that explains a lot .. Also these a small enough, easy to swallow but bright yellow. Its ok, you will get used to them :)
