Will this fit a YS524/41 model? I can't find a replacement attachment.

No. When I pulled the RQ12 replacement heads up, it did not list the YS524/41 model. I would suggest looking up the ys524/41 model replacement heads on the internet and see what replacement heads are suggested.

I need blades, does this include new blades?

They have blades, but they are not a sharp as the originals. They are also very noisy. I do not recommend them.
