Beautiful mugs... it was an anniversary gift for me and my husband... everybody loved it... it's gonna a couple's item in our new house... mugs size is good and feels sturdy will update after use

Very very poorly done. My images are rich in colour. They are by no means faded. The images on the mug are faded out like bad, old photos Images were resized disproportionately and placed with no care to how they appear in the final result. No care was taken to do a decent job. I hate the mug. Will never do this again with this company. There should be some provision to see a live preview with proper placements on a mug, especially if the buyer designs it themselves, before the printing is okayed. Or the company should call and explain the issue with the design chosen/submitted, and suggest alternatives. It has been such a disappointment. Very tempted to request a refund, but it will be an uphill task and hence not attempting it. Print quality and colour are very poor as is resizing.

Albeit the cup strength and quality are good, but the print quality is not satisfactory. It looks hazy and the print width is lesser than the provided image's
