How many calories per scoop in the blue raspberry flavor?

I have only had passion fruit, watermelon ice, and cherry lime. The calories arent listed on any of them. I checked a totally different BCAA brand and it said 0 calories.

does it containe caffeine

No caffeine, no jitters, no jacked up feeling. You won't have any symptoms that will make you feel like you're "on" anything. They are literally just amino acids that help your body to build proteins. Many protein shakes contain about 5g of branch chain amino acids and this would be an additional 5. I've been using as a pre workout for a few months now with just regular protein and it's nice. I don't like all the other pre-work out type supplements. No pump or anything but you'll see results with proper diet and workout ethic.

Does anyone use this for running?

I use it for running - started using when I was training for a Full with a training plan this time around that had higher mileage and tougher speed/tempo workouts. I found this absolutely helped my muscles recover more quickly and experienced less soreness, which allowed me to successfully complete all the workouts and ultimately resulted in a much faster marathon race.
