Perfect for day to day use
I suffer from RSI and this keyboard and mouse really help with the aches and pains. Both are great quality and were easy to set up with in seconds. They maintain connection all the time and battery last for at least 6 months

Still assessing but so far, so good
Update after a year - the tab button sticks and my mouse scroller no longer works, other than that, no issues. After a week of use, giving 4 star - but will update if necessary later. Was easy to set up and looks nice. The mouse is much more comfortable than a 'normal' one and I immediately felt I would struggle to ever go back. However, the DPI button is badly placed as after a week of using for 8-10 hours a day, I still keep pressing it by accident. Hopefully I'll eventually learn not to! The keyboard, I'm still struggling a little with but that's to be expected, as I retrain myself to type with a different layout. I have realised I cross hands a lot and shouldn't, so I'm working on that. I think, overall, it's going to be much more ergonomic and alleviate the pressure on the wrists and shoulders - just need to spend some time getting used to it. Some other people have complained about the shift button being small. I completely agree with this - it's annoying - but again, will just take a little getting used to. Unless it breaks sometime soon (and I will update) this appears to be a good, affordable ergonomic set.

Comfortable but failing after 16 months
As far as comfort is concerned, the product is very good. The buttons on both the keyboard and mouse have very good feedback. The mouse wheel is a bit soft but the keyboard wheel is much more tactile. The battery life is also very good. Changing batteries only 1-2 times a year. The only issue is after 16 months the wheels on both the mouse and the keyboard are starting to fail. I’ll scroll down, and the screen will jump about as it can’t tell which direction I am scrolling in. I bought it for office hours so have used pretty consistently Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. So it’s had good regular use. For the price it’s a good unit, but if the standard life span is a year - 1.5 years it’s worth considering if the price is good value for it. I’d have liked to get 2-3 years out of it.

Very good, competitive price, fixed my wrist pain
Had wrist pain at work, my boss being health and safety manager suggested this type of mouse and keyboard, and genuinely, it's weird when you first use it, but my wrists feel like they have less strain and the pain has gone. It's very responsive, no issues, no lag, super good, I do recommend....... It's just 50 quid for a keyboard, but the price is competitive, I just begrudge 50 quid for a keyboard.

Avoid if you can afford to invest in more expensive product.
I think you get what you pay for. I would really avoid if you can afford to stretch to the prices of other products on the market. I will be returning this item and investing in a more expensive product. The keyboard is cheap and the wrist rest is not padded so not as comfortable as some on the market. When typing sometimes I found the keyboard quite unstable if my wrists were not in a specific position, e.g. the keyboard would tip/lift at one edge. The mouse incredibly unresponsive and very frustrating to use, I tried multiple system settings to try to correct it, including trying to calibrate it, and I tried different surfaces to no avail. It continued to be very slow, laggy, and unprecise. Unusable for me, far too laggy.

It helps with hand and wrist
It did make typing and clicking more comfortable. It is worth it.

Worth it.
Works well , like the mouse, a bit of delay sometimes, eats batteries.

Absolut grauenvoll. Fühlt sich nach aller billigstem Material an. Nicht schön zu tippen. Maus wiegt gefühlt 20g. Sehr unwertiges Gefühl Würde ich nie wieder kaufen und niemals weiter empfehlen
