Another Victorinox Winner
As sharp as my larger Victorinox bread knife, but lighter and more compact. I have the big brother of this knife and have enjoyed using it for about two years. Tiring of using a bad bread knife at my girlfriend's house, I bought this version for her. She likes it. I like it. This knife will slice crusty bread without crushing it. I own several knives by Wusthof and Chicago Cutlery, so I'm a borderline knife snob. Every Victorinox knife I've purchased has been a great value. Recommended.
