This is a rich black mascara with a good sized brush, it's not clumpy or sticky and for an older person I find it's perfect, natural and flattering. Having been disappointed with other mascaras I always go back to this one - why would I think another cheaper brand could be better?! Estee Lauder have two very popular mascaras - Double Wear and this Sumptuous Extreme, I've tried both however the latter is my go-to. It's a bit more expensive than the bog-standard brands which many supermarkets/chemists stock but I think it's worth every penny. Don't listen to a 14 year old so called 'influencer' with lashes the size of a small dustpan brush, take my word for it: this is a lovely product.

To me this is too gooey and the brush is too big.
