Very good. I am suspicious it brought my cycle back sooner than intended though as I was taking it immediately postpartum every day and despite exclusive breastfeeding my ovulation and menstrual cycle returned by ten weeks postpartum! So they maybe work a little too good to promote ovulation and regular cycles!
