You may have to pay dog tax to get past the neighborhood bully, a spike collared bulldog, or worst of all, you may fall in the water and be out for three turns. **Q: What are the instructions?**
A: The instructions are EXACTLY the same as Monopoly. Its just cat themed. 

**Q: What are the hotel equivalents?**
A: Litter box is equal to one house in classic Monopoly. The Standing Fish (Bone) is equal to one hotel in classic Monopoly. Ala Froggrster-Buyer.

**Q: How is the quality of the board/pieces? Do they rip or fall apart easily?**
A: Very good quality; I was pleasantly surprised.  And no, they do not rip or fall apart easily.  I bought this for myself but would also feel good about giving it as a gift to another cat lover.

**Q: Is this better than monopoly**
A: The game is the same as monopoly but with cat properties and tokens.
