What does it mean by difficult to lock hair?

I don't use this product to lock my hair I use it daily to oil my hair.I use the Mango & Lime Locking Gel to lock my hair after I wash it.

Can I use this product for comb coil?

Light on the hair,

Smells great Light on the hair, doesn't really hold unless I'm not using it correctly. Bit of product buildup but easy to wash off. Not ecstatic but somewhat happy with the product. Love the smell
