It has a aspirator that you press down like a windex spray bottle and it dispenses the oil into your ear canal doing about 50 miles an hour. There seems to be NO WAY to slow this down and it will drench your ear and run down your neck (after deafening your hearing with a loud SQUIRT). On the plus side it makes you feel much better and is a wonderful oil and very soothing. I have tried spritzing a q-tip swab and then inserting THAT into my ear. Much better. Question - why is this not in a container where I can put drops on a swab? I would love to see them test this in their little lab. Had to be hilarious. Yeah they will love this.
