I couldn't tell of any noticeable difference or improvement after using this product.

Do I have to spray water into my ear hole to rinse out my ear canal after using this or no?

Better to consult a ear doctor (Otolaryngologist), because I understand that some quantity of Cerumen is necessary in the ear canal
