How do you change the date on this watch without changind the day of the week?

first when you pull out the crown, you will notice there will be two levels. At first level you can set the date by rotating the crown anti-clockwise. At second level you can set the time, 24 hrs dial and day by rotating the crown clockwise. Hope this help. All edifice watch that have analog only pretty much have the same setting. I agree with the comment earlier that you have to set up the date every month as this watch unable to automatically to do so.

Where can I get a replacement band for this watch?

This is a huge problem even I'm looking for the replacement band and I cannot find any suppliers ... Casio needs to do something after creating a popular watch like this and then not having enough supplies for the watch band which is made of rubber ....sad
