This is a good product. I tried powdered toppers for my dog's dry food. It didn't appeal to him much and I had to mix water with it to make a gravy. I tried another wet food. The containers were only half full and the contents were not very wet. Wag offers a good portion per packet and is plenty wet and not watery. I add a little water to help dampen the dry food some. Good-sized serving at a good price. Most important, my dog likes it.

According to the directions, I should feed my 60lb dog 16 of these 5.3oz pouches per day, or 5.3lbs per day??? I’m rating this as low value for the money, since that would be a very expensive daily diet <sarcasm>. I use one pouch on top of a standard amount of kibble as an occasional reward or after extra activity. Quality is high, and my dog loves the flavor of both the Lamb and Chicken pouches.

The product itself is great. What really stinks is the wildly changing pricing. It’s hard to acclimate your dog to a food that has ranged from $15 per package first purchase, to $49, then to $32 and back to $42. Not worth constant diet changes to your pet when you can’t rely on reasonably stable pricing. Even subscription rates won’t protect the abnormally high pricing. Too bad. My dog loves this stuff. Time to find another product I can rely on.

Very easy to use. Open the package and pour it over her food and she totally eats everything in her bowl.... At times the cat eats with her...... He has turned into a non stop play machine

These are very similar to Blue Buffalo Wilderness Trail Toppers except they are cheaper with larger portions! We carry a couple of these for our medium size cattle dog on backpacking/camping trips. Perfect portion size with easy to carry out packaging. We mix a little dehydrated food with it according to my dogs nutrition needs. It encourages him to eat which he wont sometimes if it's just boring dry food. Free of fillers, meat listed as a first ingredient, and really happy that it is made in USA.

The food itself is great I have no issues with it but, I do have to say that the first purchase I bought it for about 20-22$, the price jumped to 42$ When I tried to buy again. I waited and there was a sale bought my second box for 14$, then the price jumped up to 49$ after. That’s really a huge price difference and I wish it would stay one set price. I’ll just wait for a sale again or switch foods to something with a set price.

Our 30lb Labradoodle has allergies and takes a pill for them. He hates pills, and pill pockets and other methods don't work. He will carefully eat the treat while keeping the oill under his tongue to spit it out. The only thing that has worked had been to grind the pill and mix it in with about a third of one of these packets along with a little bit of his kibble. We put a clip on the packet to keep the rest fresh in the refrigerator. Works like a charm.

My husky is such a picky eater and adding these to his food gives for a change in his food that gets him excited to eat. I use it as a food topper and sometimes just alone as a treat. Have this food on subscription because my dog loves it.
