Amazing. I bought this from CAIFU for my husband. Brilliant cushion and best night sleeps. So I then bought another pillow from a different seller (it was a £3 cheaper)... It wasn't as good as the one I had bought from CAIFU. So I returned and bought the exact same firm, good quality pillow from CAIFU. My husband and I are only in our 50's but little cushion is helping us have better nights sleep. Great little product. Thankyou

Exactly what I needed to make my hip comfortable when I go to bed by supportin my knee. Extremely comfort and has a wide elasticated strap to keep it in place. Covered with blue velvety material. Easy to remove the cover and washable. It's very light and isn't cumbersome. I forget it's there ! Very good value for money. Would recommend

I was initially really pleased with this as it is comfortable and good value for money. However, when it arrived I was about to have a 10 minute session with my blepharitis heated eye mask so I decided to lie down using the pillow to test it out. It was comfortable and I was pleased until, about half an hour later, well after I'd taken it off, my toes started to go dead.(Luckily this didn’t last too long but it was unpleasant). I have never had this happen before – maybe it was a coincidence, who knows but I took this as a warning and I have reluctantly returned the product. I must add that the strap wasn’t at all tight and my thigh measurements were inside the suggested norms. I can only imagine that I have poorer circulation than I’d realised If you know that this isn’t going to affect you I’d give it a go – it was certainly comfortable enough while I was using it but I felt I should give this warning. If you have any doubts about your circulation then be wary.

Bought this to help ellivate pain from an old knee injury: I am a side sleeper and I’ve been finding recently that I am waking up with a lot of intense pain in my injured knee from pressure of resting my other leg on it in my sleep. Tried just putting a normal pillow between my knees but it kept moving and dropping off the bed if I moved. Been using this pillow for just a few nights, but already feeling a world of difference. The strap is tight enough to hold it in place, but not tight enough to make it uncomfortable. The cover is a nice soft material, with doesn’t irritate the skin at all, and doesn’t get overly hot. Cover is also removable, which is great from a hygiene perspective. Memory foam is firm enough to keep knees apart, but soft enough to mould to the shape of my knees and be comfortable. Also does the job from a variety of positions, so doesn’t matter if it slides down my leg a bit. Best of all, I am waking up just a bit stiff, which is a dramatic improvement from feeling like my knee might explode. As an added bonus, seems to be helping my lower back too! It does take a bit of getting used to it being there, but well worth the faff of working out exact placement/which direction it should face for max comfort. Really great item and would definitely recommend.

Expensive. Hasn't really helped. Save your money and just use a pillow.
