I suffer terribly from heel blisters when I wear sneakers, no matter what I wear or what I do......this pre-cut tape has solved the problem, along with some great new socks I bought on Amazon too. Excelente producto, suave al tacto, flexible, súper buena adherencia, y cumple 100% su función, use estas bandas para proteger mis pies en la caminata de Santiago, y me duraban todo el día bien pegadas, yo las cambié diario porque me bañaba y me era más cómodo quitarlas y al otro día ponerme unas nuevas, sin duda evitaron ampollas, claro que también use calcetines de Merino, sin embargo creo que sin estas banditas hubiera sufrido más de lo deseable.
