This is the most potent dried thyme I've found anywhere, no exaggeration. The bag is big enough that it can last for years if you're just using it for cooking. I've kept mine in its original bag, but also placed that inside a large airtight resealable bag. It still smells, tastes, and looks as fresh as the day I opened it in 2022. So far the color has not faded. Thyme has anti-acne benefits when used as a facial toner, so I recently started making a tincture with it too.

Fantastic, fragrant herb, same as everything from Frontier. I used this up quite quickly and need to order more. Use tons on all my grilled meats, esp pork, and in soups. Also in self-made seasoned salts, ground finely in a coffee grinder. Could definitely use a zippered bag, but I've always got rubber bands and binder clips handy. Oh, also check out Denver Spice for stuff along these lines. Great bulk values, esp minced onion and orange peel.

Generally, I buy this product locallly, but sometimes, from Amazon. Since I buy all my seasonings in bulk, these 1Lb bags will last a very long time, and its fragrant Thyme remains fresh smelling. (I personally keep most of my 1Lb Seasonings bags, in the Freezer, in order to preserve their freshness. I’ve been using this brand, Bulk Thyme Leaf for well over 27 years, and highly recommend it.
