Hi Mariangel. The values in these tablets are all different, for the vitamins in it. But, as it reads, the calculations of each, add up to what should be your daily intake of B vitamins, with vitamins and d added in also. So, one tablet a day should be enough. If in doubt talk to your doctor,/ physician. I have found these tablets beneficial. Remember to have them with food.
