Love it
Love it, the app is pretty good. Can adjust vibration patterns and how strong. Can calibrate the legal I can start with. I’m pretty amazed so far. The case seem a bit loose and shabby but not bad for holding the device while charging or when I don’t use it

Great gadget
This is a great gadget to remind you to sit or stand up straight. Very simple to use. You get a vibration when you slouch which you can set from a tiny vibration to a fairly big one. You can also adjust settings for how much you slouch and how long for. One sticker lasts for weeks on me. I do have the necklace too which is better, but I only use it if I am wearing something where it doesn't show.

Incomprehensible!
The device works fine, but you can’t order the replacement adhesive pads in the uk. No one seems to stock them, and buying and importing from the USA makes them very expensive. I find this incomprehensible, likely a scam, and means I don’t use it.

Surpassed Expectations
I have only used it for a week but really impressed with quality, function and how quickly it is helping me improve my posture, whether standing, walking or sitting at computer. The App needs further development and made compatible with Apple Watch for added benefit but I am sure this will improve and be released later, really please and a great product.

CAREFUL before you buy
I loved this device and have been using it a couple of years. BUT you seem to only be able to get replacement adhesives in the US and then have a $6 shipping charge. So 10 pads costing about $16. That’s not good value. High running costs.

Works whilst wearing but no lasting results even after 2 years
This is my second one. I bought the first one at £69.99 and I used to use it whenever I was sitting at my desk. Then two years later they stopped making it compatible with the app, which then made it not usable. I thought I wouldn’t need it after two years but I still do. It works to tell you when you’re slouching if you’re wearing it, but even after a couple of years, no last results when you’re not, no changes to my posture etc. However, I begrudgingly bought the upgrade anyway as I do appreciate having a vibrating reminder whilst sitting at my desk to tell me I’m slouching.

This review should help you. I was skeptical too. The device DOES work and it will help you adjust your posture, train your back and also strengthen your core muscles. The app gives you many settings so you can select your vibration, its strength, length, etc. The one problem are these adhesives. And yes, they do only last 3 days (one adhesive). I solved that. Once the adhesive loses its grip, I added some double-side tape on it and it worked perfectly - for many more days. Once that was also used up, you add another strip of double-side tape. And it will go for months. I found it works best if the tape is put on top of the used up adhesive, not straight on the device. Overall, I do advise this product, it actually does help.

I am not getting any benefit or purchase discount for this review and this is simply my unbiased opinion based on my experience. Think of this device as a smart level. When you are leaning forward, the device detects you as off level and alerts you with a vibration. If you are needing feedback in keeping your back straight (upright), when either sitting, standing, walking or any other upright activity, then this device is for you. However, this device like others similar devices, has some limitations. Understanding those limitations are key in getting the most out of the device: 1) This device can't detect if shoulders are rolled forward on it's own. It can only detect the angle of your back. However, poor shoulder posture usually accompanies forward lean or hunch. And even thought it's possible to have poor shoulder posture when your back is upright (which this device cannot differentiate), in practicality it will alert you when you are hunched over. And this is typically is caused from BOTH forward leaning and hunched shoulders. The key point here is to remember to keep good should posture (shoulder blades slightly squeezed together) while correcting your back when the device indicates poor posture. Knowing this limitation and shoulder posture awareness will go a long way to establishing a good posture habit. 2) Fortunately, the device can be fined tuned for a a variation of posture ranges. This boils down to how the device is calibrated. If it is too sensitive to just the slightest hunch, calibrate it with a slight hunch and that will be the new reference. If you want it to alert you within a tighter range, do the calibration with your back more upright and shoulders pulled back. I find using a full length mirror is critical in observing your back and shoulder position while calibrating the device. Then test it with the device delay set to 5 sec. Check the range of motion and determine if you are satisfied with the results. If not, re-calibrate it. Otherwise you will be frustrated with the way it alerts. Ultimately, it's up to you, what you consider the threshold for bad posture and calibrate it accordingly. 3) Again, this device acts like a smart 'vertical' level. It does not work at all if you are in a recliner or laying down. So if you have bad posture while in a recline position or sleeping, your out of luck. It's not reasonable to expect a simple device like this one to help you in all situations. But you should know what good posture feels like after wearing the device for some time and adjust your sleep position accordingly. It would preferable if such a device could detects poor shoulder posture along with sleep posture, but no wearable device currently exists and even if it did, it would be a far more complex and expensive. I still find the device very effective even with these limitations. 4) I never used the sticky tape and instead use the necklace. I don't understand all the complaints about the necklace and I suspect it has more to do with improper calibration than the necklace itself. Its easy to wear, easy to access and turn on and off the device, less fuss, and less expensive in the long run compared to buying more tape. It's the way to go, period. If you are frustrated with the tape, before you blame the device save yourself the trouble and get the necklace. IMHO, this posture device will create a better posture habit if you understand the limitations along with setting it up correctly to match your expectations. I do not rely on the app much other than calibration and delay settings, so can't comment on the other functions of the app. At the end of the day, all I care about #1 is correcting my posture habit. IF it does that, I consider this a positive purchase. Everything else secondary like tracking data is useless to me.

The feature where you can track your progress is very useful. However you do need to combine this product with back exercises for better result

Si es de gran ayuda para corregir la postura, claro que tú tienes que poner de tu parte, pero el que te recuerde que estas chueco si te ayuda a corregir.
