My hair is almost %100 white. it had been very dark brown. would you recommend golden blond or ash blond?

I have no experience with light colors (I use Dark Brown), but I think the golden blond is more reddish than the ash blond

I would buy the 2 products separately if I could.

Can I use this over red/brown henna? Or would it just not make a difference?

I did not make any difference for me. I had auburn hair color and my roots. It did not color neither one. I would not recommend this product if you are trying to change color.
