Great value scrubs!
Great bottoms for the price. I love the option to buy them in a short length. I bought a pair from a uniform shop for nursing school and had to get them hemmed and now those look baggy and wide at the foot. I took a chance buying the Large short bottoms and love the fit. I usually buy jeans with a 38 inch waist and 29 or 30 inch inseam. These bunch up a little bit at the shoe, but don't drape over my heel. I love the cargo pockets, I don't know how people live without them on their scrubs. I'd like to see the bands inside the pockets made with better material. It looks like they just took the cotton draw strings from the waistband and sewed them into the cargo pockets as dividers. The spacing is a little wide, so you feel your gear sliding back and forth and hear it all banging against each other. I have a penlight that I went to put over the strap and the metal clip ended up piercing through it, so now I put it in the pen slot on the outer pocket. I like to see stiffer material, elastic bands, or individually sewn compartments in the cargo pockets. They are big enough to hold a foldable clipboard in the inner pockets. I've come to realize that I'm not a fan of drawstring waistbands, especially if you have cargo pockets and fill them up. I can never get them tight enough to not sag. I would like to see the inclusion of belt loops, or a sewn in cinch belt. On scrubs with just normal or no pockets, I think the drawstrings are fine, but once you have the cargo pockets and actually use them, its hard to get a tight enough waist to support the added weight. After all is said and done, the price is great, the construction and materials are great, overall fit is good, and the pockets are good.

new favorite work pants of all time (fat and short person)
im fat yet dont have a butt at all. normal scrubs fall down very easily, especially during long shifts. these thankfully fix that problem! im 5'9" and ~190-200lbs normally, and bought a large short and they fit wonderfully. bought one pair, and then got another after testing them on a 11 hour shift and plan to get more 👍 the elastic fits very well and i also tie them up for extra support. love these so much. edit: bought more and they're just as comfortable. hooray! wish they had wine color available in my size though

Large and baggie
I've been wearing size L for many years in all types of clothing. I am 5'7" and 35" (34/36) in the waist. I had to return the L/Short I ordered and then tried the M/Short. This second one fits much better (waist and length), but the style of the pants is very wide legs, not at all like in the picture. If this is what you want, go for it, since everything else is positive-- plenty of pockets, good feel to the material, and so on.

Took a couple tries to get the right size
I normally wear a 38x30. So I first bought XL. The regular length says the inseam is 31". The problem is the inseam didn't start until just above my knees. They were huge on me. I thought it was just the length so I bought the XL Short and they were still really long from the crotchal region to the waist. I know I'm short and have short legs, but pants aren't normally an issue for me to find. I'd have to hike these up to where the waist was at my chest and the fly at my navel. Finally got the Large short and they fit very well. They aren't so big that I look like a slob, but give me enough room to bend down comfortably. Luckily these have free returns, which is why I was willing to try in the first place. Once I got the right size I really like the pants. Good amount of pockets, drawstring waist, reasonably comfortable. We'll see how well they hold up, but for now I'm happy. If you're around a 38x30 get the Large short. Otherwise good luck on sizing.
