Can I get parts?

Depends on the part...I've had mine for about 10 or 11 years but it hasn't worked for a couple years now. If it's an actual repair part, not accessory...don't hold your breath. My husband and I both went back and forth with calls and emails trying to get parts after an internal fire (wiring melt down) as my husband has the educational and experience background to repair machinery far more complex than this (from industrial electrical to industrial robots, even appearing in court as an expert witness for electrical fire!) clearly he knows what he is doing here...but getting parts...not gonna happen. He has considered redesigning it himself but time has been an issue as a business owner and really not fair after only 7 or 8 years of use. ($100 per year...not a great return really) Now after 2 years of not having it in service I have given up and will have to buy another. However, as we were not thrilled when we saw the wiring design, and lack of repair ability...I am not certain I will buy this one again even though it worked fantastically.

Will vx5000 remove hard water spots (like really "etched" ones) from car windows?

I am a professional detailer. If your windows are etched from hard water, steam does not fix that. The glass has to be corrected by a special polishing process in order to fix that.

The machine cleaning cooker oven?

yes, but it will be messy, get lots of towels to use.

Does this have hot water injection and continues water filling ?

The VX5000 does have the hot water injection, however it is not a continues fill. You can expect around two hours of cleaning time before you refill and
reheat, which takes about 10 minuets. Because of the stainless steel construction, there is no " cool down time " required
