Yes. I use it when making deviled eggs. It will slice, quarter, and halve eggs.

Q: Is it made so you can replace the wires on your own?

No, the wires are sealed inside the plastic. I doubt they will ever break, though, so long as you only slice peeled eggs.

The set slice thickness is too wide for one, so you'd probably get each grape cut in two; the recess in the bottom plate to sit the grapes in is also large enough to seat an egg which would not ensure that the grapes were always seated in the same relative position to the cutting wires. For all the effort involved to position the grapes in the same aspect to get uniform slicing from on to the next you'd be better off and quicker using a sharp tomato utility knife.

Q: Does it dice boiled eggs

There is a slicer and a wedge cutter that can be used to slice boiled eggs, but there would have to be some additional cutting to get them diced. I have used both the slicer and wedger to prep strawberries for desserts. It definitely saves a lot of time and gives some uniformity for eye appeal.
