I'm impressed. I was skeptical. I mean, it just sounds too good to be true, right? I read every review and was still on the fence, and because you may be too, I am writing this review. First of all, it does work. You will see a noticeable difference in how your waist looks and how you feel. My father noticed the difference immediately after not seeing me for a week, exclaiming,"You've lost weight!" I didn't quite believe he was saying it, considering I had only been using the belt for two days, but I could feel the difference. I have been using the belt inconsistently for about a month now, and I have lost at least 2-3 inches around my middle. But even with inconsistent use, my clothes fit differently and look differently on me. As others have commented in their reviews, the belt obviously requires consistent use over time to assist in shedding stubborn belly fat. Diet and exercise, of course, would greatly improve efforts, but I have done neither--not really. However, as I have seen my waist shrink noticeably smaller and tighter, I have also become a bit more conscientious of what I consume. A shrinking waist is quite the motivator! The belt works and is helpful in many ways, including, yes, aiding digestion. After use, the belt makes me feel a bit more energetic and noticeably lighter. In the mornings, when suffering from a sluggish start, I lie in bed and use the belt for one 15-minute interval, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and ready to start my day. If I get an opportunity to use the belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life itself can get in the way, and unfortunately, I do not always get that hour. A wireless/rechargeable version would be ideal so you're not held hostage by an outlet, but the belt works, so it is worth the inconvenience. My waist is no where near where I want it to be, but I working on it, and the belt is helping.
