You can really tighten these down on your hamstring. I wear compression shorts over them. And then softball pants over all that. They stay in place. Very good quality. When I went bowling, I used these hamstring wraps. Without compression shorts. They didn't stay in place. I'll try compression shorts next time as to keep them in place. I use these hamstring wraps for quite some time. When playing softball. They work very well in conjunction with compression shorts.

This product was just what I needed. I had lympnode damage and it helped support my thigh area. Helped keep area supported. There was a little slippage but usually do to me not adjusting tight enough. Very soft. Not irritating. Leg very swollen but had plenty of room for adjusting the size. Would highly recommend especially for the price.

This turned out to be just what I was hoping for. The stores around here don't sell anything for the thigh and hamstring injuries other than the roll up compression wraps. My hamstring injury is not severe so I am able to continue my treadmill workouts using this support. You really do feel warmth in the area that you don't get with a regular wrap. Just make sure the Neo G logo is on top like the instructions show, (like I didn't do at first). If you put it on the bottom it will slip down right away, but when put on correctly it stays tight and firm. I think this is a very good product for a very reasonable price.

This item is a joke. I purchased the correct size but it clearly doesn't fit, as it keeps slipping down the thigh. To make things worse, no refund or return is available. Steer clear!

This thigh and hamstring support is functional. It is not as tight as some and has a tendency to slip down when the thigh becomes sweaty. It is also difficult to get it as tight as some I have used previously. All in all it is average.

Finally - a compression wrap that works and does not irritate my skin. This has helped my hamstring injury so much I purchased a second one - one for activity and one around the house. Fits nicely - fully adjustable. Covers most of my thigh which means there is compression over most of the hamstring. Good product.

I bought this item for the convenience of having a wrap instead of a sleeve, which can be difficult to slip on and off. I bought it because I pulled my hamstring and needed some extra support during a softball tournament. I also have a McDavid neoprene sleeve which, in my opinion, was more effective and provided more support. This wrap does give you some support and compression, but not enough for my needs.

Very good item and I immediately noticed the difference or having the compression wrap around my injured hamstring compared to nothing at all. Do note that the Velcro straps do become worn and don't stick on as easily if you plan on constantly wearing it. I have worn this wrap everyday for about 2 weeks and am a little disappointed that the straps are not sticking as well as it used to. Beside this little flaw, it offers a comfort, tight grip to keep everything in place. It does keep your muscles warm.

The product appeared okay out of the box however upon first use one of the Velcro tabs that holds the support on failed and tore along the weak stitching rendering the product useless. Waste of time and more importantly money.

Okay, so I reviewed this item before buying & saw that the main issue was it slipped down the leg after using but I gave it a try regardless as i was in such discomfort. Why you ask - well I'm a postie & my body aches in places you would never believe. One of these places was my thigh. I must of strained the muscle during a round & I was in agony. I initially thought it was my hip deteriorating however (luckily) it's a thigh strain. I've had this 3 days now & my leg is so much better. It still aches but these injuries take ages to heal if you rest & I don't have that luxury. The support does slip but that's during an 8 hour delivery walking, driving. £20 well spent.

This a good restraint for my ripped hamstring, which I have lived with for years! With the twin strap to tighten the grip it is ideal whilst walking across fields and rough ground!!
