The tread on my tennis shoes were not compatible with this item, after reading the QR code

I followed the instructions and cleaned the shoe off. I placed it where there wasn't much wear on my shoe. I stood on it for 2 minutes to get it to adhere and waited before using the shoes, but the traction from my one mile walk was simply too much for the strip to handle. It started peeling off the first time I wore it. I used the shoes on a walk the second day and it completely came unglued. I did walk through some wet grass, but it should have stayed on. I don't recommend these. I'm going to contact the company and request a refund.

I gave these three stars because they only last for about a month before wearing out. At $10 for each set that would get pretty spendy to keep up. So I won’t be purchasing any more

Comfortable shoes i wear them all day long for my long walks.

I know there were some doubts on wether this works or not, I did too. So I bought a grounding tester to check and see if the strips actually work, and it did! Since i had the strip on my heel, I tried it with the heels on the ground, and on my tip toe, and when I was on my heel it indicated that I was grounded but when I was on my tip toe it turned off. I wanted to put this review up because I think we should always promote legit products. Of course, the best would be to go barefoot on the ground and grass and soil, but these strips are a good addition to have. I highly recommend these! Hope this helps!

They def don't last

I was very excited to get these because typically grounding shoes aren’t very attractive, but I tested them with a grounding meter, and they don’t work at all. Not even a little.

I love these they fit very well. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks and they hold up very well although I was a lot and hike a lot. I’m not having any problems with it peeling up or moving anywhere.

I've wear the shoes maximum of 10 days, I'm not really walking outside, I don't think I've walked more than 5 miles outdoors.

I hate to leave a bad review and I really wanted to like these because I believe in the science behind them and don't want to spend hundreds on leather soled shoes but... after a week of normal use (I do hour long walks to the beach every day), the were both broken so I basically had to throw them out. I'm really only leaving this review here so that others can make an informed decision while shopping.

I brought them for my brother but he wears special boots. The straps are too short so I'll use them in my shoes
