Design is great but sound quality is poor, bass line is weak, I have to play my phone on full volume otherwise sound is too quiet. Richness of music is low.

The product is very sleek and nice to use, but suddenly charging of EarPods cannot be done as the charging point in the box suddenly wasn’t working. I bought this item slightly over a month and it had this issue.Appreciate that Amazon arranged for the damaged item to be picked up and also refunded me the total amount.It was a kind gesture by Amazon of accepting this damaged item back and providing the refund.

bought this for my daughter so she can use it for online school, fast connection and she loved it but the top plastic case wiggles a little which seems cheap, overall quality is great and acceptable

The charging case stays charged for days, allowing me to keep my ear buds constantly ready to use. They were easy to set up and connect to my phone and the volume is perfect to drown out other noises and enjoy listening to music. The buds are very comfortable to wear and do not constantly fall out of my ears. I wear them to the gym, at work and in the car. I purchased the rose gold buds and the color is so pretty.

I have been using plug in earphones for years and often get them twisted or miss answering calls as I was too slow. However these solve that. Easy to use, no tangles, seem to last a long time and I love the colour.

I'm happy with these. Easy to use and love the shade of pink they are. Charges up fast and the audio is very Clear. Excellent quality.
