Adaptogens Fig & Vanilla

This tea is so relaxing. It makes me sleepy and ready for bed. It tastes good too.

This is my new favorite tea…I love it!

I love this tea! Taste and smell is a little fruity but it’s so unique. I definitely feel the calming affect with this tea. Love that it’s caffeine free. Good quality tea for the price!

I drink 3-4 cups of tea per day. One in the afternoon and two in the evening. This one I drink in the evening. It’s relaxing and delicious! I add my collagen and a lil bit of stevia (to help mask the collagen. The aroma of the fig is almost all you need from this tea. Will keep in my evening rotation.

I drink herbal tea pretty much on a daily basis, usually in the evening. I received 6 boxes of the Twinings of London Calm with Adaptogens, Fig & Vanilla Herbal Tea. Each box contains 18 individually wrapped tea bags. This tea is perfect for me to drink at night because that is when I feel the most anxious. It doesn't contain caffeine and the tea ingredients are meant to provide a sense of calmness. I can't say I particularly noticed myself feeling more calm than usual when compared to the other herbal teas I drink, but in general the habit of drinking herbal tea and reading a book does make me feel relaxed. Basically I wasn't expecting to notice a significant difference in how calm I felt while drinking this tea. The flavors of the tea are Fig and Vanilla. I have a mixed track record when it comes to fig but I do like how it tasted in this tea. I really didn't pick up on the vanilla much at all. According to the list of ingredients, vanilla is the last thing listed and it's my understanding that type of list goes in the order of how much an ingredient is used. So I'm not surprised I don't notice much vanilla flavor. Regardless it makes a nice cup of tea. I normally use about 10 oz of water for tea and it is neither too weak or too strong. The Best Before Date is almost 2.5 years from now which gives me plenty of time to use the 108 tea bags you get with this pack.

I'm always trying new teas and must say this has become my new favorite! I've been trying to find new caffeine free teas for bedtime and this one popped up. I'm so glad I did it's amazing with some honey and a little vanilla creamer.
