As far as I know yes. I googled the information and took my best guess. If you go on the Internet and ask that question it says it’s 99% toxin free

Does this get ink out of fabric? And leather ?

Not sure about using this product on fabric or leather. Haven't tried it. I don't believe it is intended for these items. Might want to try another product meant for removing ink stains. Research other products for your stains.
