I have a finger that " Locks' - will this help keep it from locking ?

No. I do not recommend these rings. The concept of having a spiky ring on your finger to play with when you feel fidgety is a good one. However the material this ring is made out of is a aluminum metal type. If it doesn’t fit your finger well and you stretch it it does not go back they should be made out of rubber. And I cannot see them being used for any kind of medicinal purpose.

Not really They are super tight and left indents on small fingers, they do not stretch and when they do, that is it

How do we know that these are not coated in paint containing lead (often used in China to paint metal toys, gadgets, etc.)?

They are anodized which is not paint.

Is their one of these that would work for a bracelet?

I am not sure how it would work as a bracelet. This rings fit the fingers. Bought them for my grandchild and kept a few. I keep it in my purse and use it once in a while. It won’t stretch big enough for the wrist, if that is what your asking
