I have been using this eye makeup remover for years. It does an amazing job removing all my eye makeup and is very gentle. Also is not oily like other removers.

Burns!
This is EYE makeup remover that, if you get it in your eyes,burns like heck. Seems like a really basic problem that should be fairly easily solved before you tell people to put this near their eyes. Doesn't do a great job removing makeup either.

White debris/gunk floating in remover
I had purchased this once before and absolutely loved it. It does everything the positive reviews says. I ordered another when my first bottle was done. After about 6 weeks post-delivery I discovered white gunk floating, which did not appear in my first bottle. Completely unsanitary and unhygienic whatever the hell this is. I called Amazon and a specialist was able to refund me even though I was outside the return window. I’m sure this was a one off defective bottle hence why the knocked off stars
