Do you notice a difference after first use on dry hair?

yes - hair felt softer and stronger . . . excellent product! I have course, thick, dry curly hair and I love this product.

I believe so. I really don't know. It has been a couple of years since I last bought, mostly due to its high cost.

Is there keratin in this mask? I’m looking for a mask with no keratin.

I can tell you that with 2 uses of any product that contains keratin, my hair will feel like a bunch of fescue grass stems that have been dipped in honey. But this mask is the only stuff I will use on my hair. I use it every time I wash my hair (usually every 2-3 days), and I have super fine, fairly thin, slightly wavy hair and a normal-dry scalp. It does not weigh my hair down, my hair is silky smooth, and so shiny that my 5 yr old granddaughter loves to brush it and play with it in lamplight: She says, “It looks like gold pennies Grandma!!”
