Where can I buy replacement lids/caps for this?

Normally the bottle wears out first they are cheep but as effective as the expensive as the expensive ones we normally use.

What is the inside diameter of the tip?

The inside diameter of the tip is 0.15mm.

Cannot attach filler tubes.

These are poor quality bottles. The tubes cracks. Do not buy them.

Cannot attach the fill tubes

The tubes slip onto the underneath of the screw top. They are a snug fit, but that is how mine came, but I did discover they will slip off and you have to shove them back on.
