The chocolate was melted and shapes gone

The parcel arrived 2 days late. I had ordered this for my daughter's birthday because I don't get this in a regular shop and she loves them. But by the time it arrived fully melted, the shapes completely gone. The whole purpose of ordering this was gone and it was a big disappointment
